Delphiniums and Daisies

A feeble attempt to capture the beauty and feelings my wife created in our gardens.

A city girl with a yet to be discovered passion for gardening, she started to dabble when we purchased our first home; planting impatiens and other simple annuals in a small strip of garden I cleared for her.  She soon graduated to a few hardy perennials and before you knew it,  she knew all the latin names and was designing beautiful gardens on our small plot. But, she really came into her own when we purchased our 2nd home.  With plenty of room to grow whatever she wanted and the time to do so, she soon transformed our home into a flowering sanctuary. Dalias, Delphiniums, Daisies, Hostas, Lilies and more; a place of peace and beauty where we could take refuge.  There is no question, she that plants a garden plants happiness!
